The Project Administrator in TVG is Mary Prendergast. Mary works full time and from time to time has a part time assistant work alongside her supporting the work. The project always seeks to pass on administrative skills to members of the Traveller community who may access the project on a Community Employment Scheme.
TVG administration includes the paying of staff salaries and office bills; facilitating collector general annually; managing the project accounts and funds; and doing periodic returns to Pobal, HSE and other funders on an ongoing. An audit at the end of the year is conducted by an independent auditor to confirm that the administration of grants is carried out in a correct, honest and efficient manner.
TVG administration works with a number of information systems including Cloud computing package to ensure up to date administrative information share within the project.
